Eamonn Roach:
Eamonn Roach practices law in Pasco, Washington. His practice is 100% immigration law. Eamonn was born and raised in Pasco, Washington and graduated from Tri-Cities Prep High School. He has a large extended family, most of whom still live in the Tri-Cities. He has travelled to 36 countries, living in Puebla, Mexico during his junior year of college to study Spanish and in Hangzhou, China for a year after college to study Mandarin Chinese before returning home to attend law school. Eamonn graduated from Seattle University in 2007, majoring in International Studies & Politics with a minor in Spanish. Eamonn then attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. He is a member of the Washington State Bar. Eamonn presently provides services in all areas of immigration law and works with his father, Tom Roach, to assist individuals in obtaining Family-based visas, Business and Employment-related visas, Permanent Residence, Work Permits, Labor Certifications, H1-B Visas, Student and other visas. He represents employers who are accused of employing individuals who do not possess the proper paperwork. He also assists individuals who are in deportation proceedings and those with criminal charges that might affect their immigration status.
Victor Palencia:
Victor Palencia is the director of winemaking for J&S Crushing in Mattawa, Wash., and owner of Palencia Winery in Walla Walla. He was born in Michoacán, Mexico, and was brought to the United States by his family when he was 2. In high school, he worked alongside his father in the mint fields, orchards and vineyards of the Yakima Valley. Victor graduated from Prosser High School in 2003 and became the first member of his family to attend college when he went to Walla Walla Community College's vaunted Center for Enology and Viticulture. After graduation, he worked for Willow Crest Winery and Apex Cellars in Prosser before taking over J&S Crushing. He launched Palencia Winery in 2013 and is considered one of the finest young winemakers in Washington. He lives in Richland.
