September 12: LIVE FROM UKRAINE

A little more than a year ago we were honored to present Alex Biryukov, PhD. live from Kyiv. At that time, Ukraine had already been under siege by Russian troops for more than a year. Biryukov spoke to us live from his home in Kyiv last April.
In this brief video, you can see the Russian missile about to hit the Children’s Hospital in Kyiv. Alex Biryukov tells us this is typical of Russian tactics when Ukraine is in the spotlight:
“This is their tradition - before any international events with participation of Ukraine they massively bomb Ukraine. They send a message to the whole world – they are going to continue till the last Ukrainian die, and nobody change their plan.
This time they are realizing their plans – they are going to smash Ukraine from the map.”
We will hear an update from Alex Biryukov at noon on Thursday, September 12. He will be joined by his daughter, Margarita Biryukova, who works for a Danish organization dedicated to resolving Ukraine’s problems with the landmines scattered across the country.
